Dr.. M. Elena Alvarez, is Biochemistry (1985) and Doctor of Chemical Sciences (1992) Chemical Sciences Faculty of the National University of Córdoba (UNC).
He is currently Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of UNC, Principal researcher in a research career scientist CONICET, and he serves on the CIQUIBIC (UNC-CONICET).
His research focuses on the molecular basis of resistance to microbial pathogens in Arabidopsis.

Dr. M. Elena Alvarez, is Biochemist (1985) and PhD in Chemical Sciences (1992) of the School of Chemical Sciences of the National University of Cordoba (UNC).
She is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of UNC, Principal Investigator in the Career of Scientific Researcher of CONICET, and works at CIQUIBIC (UNC-CONICET).
