Lecture series of invited researchers
We invite the scientific community, university and the general public to attend the next conference cycle “"CIQUIBIC Open Doors"” by Dr. Ezequiel Leiva, Profesor Titular e Investigador Superior en el INFIQC-CONICET, Facultad de Ciencias Químicas-UNC. La conferencia se realizará el próximo 12 de Octubre a las 11h en el Auditorio de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas.
On Wednesday September 14th, Dr. Adriana Gruppi, Superior Researcher of CONICET, Full Professor at the College of Chemical Sciences-UNC and vice-director of the CIBICI-CONICET, presented the fifth Conference of the Cycle “CIQUIBIC Open Doors” 2016.
After the welcoming remarks by Dr. Andrea Smania, Dr. Carlos Argaraña presented our invited speaker, emphasizing her many academic achievements, her commitment with teaching and university management, as well as the excellence of her scientific publications.
Dr. Gruppi leads a prestigious laboratory of Immunology at CIBICI- CONICET- Department of Clinical Biochemistry-FCQ-UNC. She shared with the audience the novel findings made by her research group regarding the regulation of lymphocyte B cell survival and their differentiation into plasma cells highlighting the regulatory role of the latter in infection and autoimmunity.
