At the institute there are two spectrofluorometers available to obtain spectra and spectroscopic measurements based on the emission or excitation of fluorophores or phosphorescent molecules contained in liquid samples. (aqueous or organic):
Excitation and emission spectra can be obtained, as a function of time and temperature. Contamos también con polarizadores para realizar experimentos de anisotropía de fluorescencia.
